Where do you deliver

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship internationally.

How long will my order take

Orders are normally processed in 1-2 business days and delivered in an estimated 3-5 business days after dispatch. Most orders therefore arrive in approximately 4-7 business days from the order date.

How much is delivery

Standard UK delivery is £6.99 and is free on orders of £50 or more after discounts.

Can I return an item

Yes. You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Eligible defective and non-defective goods may be returned when new or lightly used for reasonable inspection or testing.

How do I get a return label

Email support@hughesliving.com with your order number and return request. After the return is authorised, we will email a free prepaid label for you to download and print.

Do you charge a restocking fee

No. We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

When will I receive my refund

After the return is received, inspected and approved, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 8 calendar days. Your bank may take additional time to display it.

Do you offer exchanges

Yes. Exchanges are available for eligible goods requested within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

Can I cancel my order

Contact support@hughesliving.com as soon as possible. We will cancel and refund an order that has not entered dispatch processing. If it has already shipped, use the return or statutory cancellation process after delivery.
