Product information

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Colours may vary slightly because of lighting and screen settings. Dimensions and weights may have normal manufacturing tolerances. Please read the product description and care information before ordering.

Orders and contract

By submitting an order, you offer to purchase the selected goods. A binding contract is formed when we send confirmation that the order has been dispatched, unless applicable law provides otherwise. We may reject or cancel an order before dispatch because of stock problems, payment failure, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or an obvious pricing or description error. Any payment taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Prices and payment

Prices are in GBP. The full amount payable, including delivery and any applicable taxes, is shown at checkout. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout.

Delivery

We deliver across the United Kingdom under the timing and charges stated in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to the consumer when the goods are delivered to the consumer or a person identified by the consumer, as provided by applicable law.

Cancellation returns and refunds

The rights and procedures in our Refund Policy apply. The voluntary 30-day policy does not reduce statutory rights, including the statutory cancellation right for eligible distance contracts and rights relating to faulty goods.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Scots law. Consumers may also rely on mandatory protections and bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable UK consumer law.
