Shipping policy

Delivery area

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not currently offer international delivery.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends or on public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery time

Estimated transit time is 3-5 business days after dispatch. The estimated total time from order placement to delivery is therefore normally 4-7 business days. Estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays or address problems.

Shipping charges

Standard UK delivery costs £6.99. Standard delivery is free for orders of £50 or more after discounts and before any applicable charges shown at checkout.

Tracking and delivery problems

When tracking is available, we send it to the email address used at checkout. If tracking has not updated or an order is late, contact support@hughesliving.com. Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us promptly with the order number and, where relevant, photographs of the parcel and product. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy under applicable consumer law.
